She has published articles associated with her First Year Writing retention and persistence work, as well as in the area of gender and voice in Shakespearean drama.  She has presented her research at national conferences including The Conference on College Composition and Communication, The Shakespeare Association of America, and the Popular Culture Association/American Culture Association.
